They reject even the positive recommendations and first selection from other recruiters for candidates that have 100% affinity and match with the job. The HR is not able to justify their rejections, which makes it very frustrating after loosing repeatedly precious time on applications and meeting external recruiters for the same position several times: " Dear X, Many thanks for your application for the role of Process Coach International Account Management at our company Rijk Zwaan.
