Revolut Recruiter interview questions

It was an initial convo with a recruiter by zoom to talk about the role and my background. They were nice and the interviewer was easy although I nevertheless hear back.

A sourcer reached out to me and scheduled a call with a recruiter. The recruiter looked incredibly miserable and even admitted that the culture could be overwhelming. While I appreciated the honesty, it left me wondering why anyone in their right mind would choose an environment that insiders already describe as toxic. Separately, another recruiter sent me an invite for a technical assessment along with a PDF outlining all the steps in the process. This is definitely not the type of culture I want to be part of—especially after completing my MBA, I’m not interested in going through assessments designed by people with only a few years of experience.
