Revolut Product Designer interview questions

HR screening call. Interviewer rushed through questions and didn't seem interested in my replies. The screening call was mostly going over my work experience. At one point he asked if I had leadership experience, I said no. I asked about the specifics for the position and got very vague answers. He told me I'd move on to the next stage which was a portfolio review. He asked me to submit my portfolio and I got a rejection email 2 days later in the middle of the holiday season, leads me to believe no one actually reviewed my portfolio. I understand if maybe I wasn't a good match or they wanted someone with leadership experience, but all of this was in my resume (which I've submitted previously). Why interview me at all if I'm not a match? As other reviews mention, seems like their MO is scheduling interviews to fill a quota with no real interest in the candidates.
