Interview
The interview process had lots of calls and then had a task that I needed to deliver in about a week. I've done it and did not get an answer for two months almost. Then I pinged the hiring crew and they came back that "oh sorry we did not have anyone to look at your task", and afterwards a couple weeks later they said "oh sorry you did not pass".

Interview
It was long but easy until I met with the director of the department, who was very rude and discussed all the decisions I took answering with his assumptions. The other designers I met along the process were very nice, but the director of the department ruined the experience, they didnt make me the offer but in case they made it I would refuse to work there
