I was reached out to by a recruiter on LinkedIn, then had an initial intro call with another recruiter. I was then sent a cognitive test to complete. However, then received an email stating they ended up redesigning the role looking for a different profile.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Revolut in Feb 2023
Interview
During my application for Revolut, I was being asked questions about KPIs and if I've ever worked with them. I told my recruiter that KPIs are essential parts of my daily work so they are not uncommon for me. She asked me then "What KPIs?" and when I told my recruiter about my current work's specific (mentioned in my resume btw.) recruiter seemed surprised. Summing up: whole interview was held in a friendly manner but it was messy, difficult to understand the idea behind several questions and what did the author mean. Basically, I'd recommend to prepare for questions about Revolut's culture (a bit odd for me) and your experience with KPIs and strategic plans

I have been approached by sourcer for a screening call. The call was arranged with the recruiter, however less than 1h later the call was cancelled without any explanation. Messaged the sourcer to understand what has happened but not reply or acknowledgement. Poor experience, respect peoples time and approach candidates if you are intrested in the profile!
