Revolut People Partner interview questions

Long, a lot of interviews, including prep calls for interviews. Recruiters were lovely, however current Head of People should not be taking interviews, as he was highly unprofessional. Was asked if i want feedback and was ghosted after.

There was a well structured interview process, which then went into a 'Problem Solver interview' which was vague scenarios that required a very specific approach and resolution, which then gave a pass/fail result. I failed, so maybe I can be held as being 'bitter' about this process step however, it didn't feel like there was clear or role-relevant metrics and measures that were linked to this step of the assessment and it was a binary gate which meant I didn't proceed in the process, which then overlooked any and all other experience and interviews. After multiple interview steps, I was left with limited, unclear feedback and was left wondering why this wasn't the first step if it was clearly such a critical one.
