Revolut Manager, Strategy & Operations interview questions

5 stages - screen call with a recruiter, online assessment, problem solving interview, bar raiser (culture fit) interview, team fit interview. Took around 3 months from applying to offer, fairly quick on responding to the application and after each interview. There's a recruiter prep call between each stage which gives you some useful guidance for the interview.

Interview was good and fast and HR supported throughout. They were looking for precise answers and senior management was looking for high level textbook fluffy answers i feel. Overall it was a pretty smooth process
