I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Revolut in Jan 2025
Interview
I was approached by one of the recruiters on LinkedIn. The selection process consisted of four rounds, with the online technical test being the first, followed by an HR interview, then a case study round, and finally, some meetings with team members in the later rounds to understand the organization better.
I cleared the online technical test with ease and did well in the HR round, where I was asked basic background questions. The recruiter told me that my application would be moved forward to the next round. I waited for about a week but received no response. Two days after I emailed the HR team, I got a rejection email stating that my LinkedIn profile did not match their job profile.
I mean, what a childish response from a company whose CEO brags so much about it! If I wasn’t a good fit for the role, why did they approach me in the first place? I never even applied to Revolut. It would be nice if they cared about other people's time as much as they care about their own.
In the case study round, they often ask candidates to suggest ways to improve the selection process for applicants. Well, if they’re not good enough to implement those suggestions, why ask the question at all? Revolut is a complete waste of time—only take them seriously if you have nothing better to do.
After initial assessment (expect something similar to a short IQ test on cognition, numeracy skills, verbal skills), there was a screening call with HR. After the screening call, the first round interview was a problem solving round which was a case study on Revolut. HR will provide the information needed to prepare for the case. Afterwards, there are two more rounds of interview which is more behavioural.

Question 1
Case study about a business process in Revolut and how to improve it.
I applied online. I interviewed at Revolut (Londres, Inglaterra) in Dec 2024
Interview
CV screening -> Online tests -> HR interview -> Problem solving skills interview -> Cultural fit interview. Online tests weren't too difficult and HR interview was pretty basic (tell me about yourself, do you use Revolut etc.). Problem solving skills interview was a case study, best way to practice is to do strategy consulting case studies. They give you a problem specific to Revolut - it was okay but the interviewer didn't seem that interested, kept looking away and rushed the interview to end quickly.
