First stage was an online behavioural test.
Second stage was an HR interview.
Third stage was a consulting style case study.
Final stage is a bar raiser / team fit.

Name one time you had to deliver work under time pressure and how you dealt with it
I got a referral from someone that works at Revolut. Then I had an HR screening call (30 mins, questions about my previous experience, why Revolut and why the role) and then a problem solving case (quick intro followed by the case)

Interview process is quite long with multiple rounds of interviews plus the preparation sessions with HR team. The whole interview takes about 2-3 months with a HR screening call, hiring manager interview, case study and a bar raiser interview.

Hiring manager interview is normal behaviour type of interview. Case study was done like a MBB styled case interview but interview experience varies a lot by the interviewer. Bar raiser looks like an Amazon styled interview where you need to demonstrate the traits Revolut is looking for.
