Internet applications, phone interview, in person. The on line assessments weren't difficult, the phone portion just seemed like qualifying questions. When I got to the store we shared small talk before we got the questions. he just read off a sheet. very robotic.

I have interviewed a lot recently, and this was one of my favorite interview. The people are so friendly and nice, it didn’t even feel like an interview. My first interview was with the HR recruiter, and it was amazing.
