Rent-A-Center interview questions

While the interview with the recruiter and hiring manager went well, the final interview was a waste of effort and time. I had 3 virtual interviews and 2 onsite interviews spread over 2.5 weeks. I never heard back after the last interview and finally stopped following up. total waste of time and a half personal day for the onsite visits in the middle of a pandemic.

Long process. 3 interviews, you don’t know if you have the job or not. It’s hard to figure out when you will get your next interview. Other than that it was a good overall experience.
