The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Randstad US in Dec 2011
Interview
Phone interview to start and within that week a 1:1 with the manager and separate 1:1 with another recruiter. Discussed basics of skill set, personality and interest. The next week another 1:1 (3rd) with similar questions. Was given an offer within days of second face-to-face meeting.
The compensation, and work ethic, was stated quickly. Almost too quickly.
2nd interview was set days before, but it appeared as though they were not ready, perhaps something changed on their agenda.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Randstad US (San Francisco, CA) in Apr 2012
Interview
They called me to do a phone interview which just consisted of simple questions such as tell me about yourself, why do you want to do recruiting, do you have prior experience that relates to this job. They were supposed to follow up with me but no one got back to me and there was no contact information about the sf office available so I just decided not to continue on with this company.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Randstad US in Mar 2012
Interview
It was a pretty pleasant interview. I had a 1:1 interview with several member of the team and all were very nice and wanted to really answer the questions I had so make sure you are prepared for questions to ask. It was a position they were going to train you in and wanted to let you know the type of position you were getting into. The pay seemed good but long hours so probably for the best I didn't get an offer. They were really interested in getting to know you and if you would be a good fit for their team and as a coworker.
