Randstad interview questions

Applied on line, I was contacted through email after 2 weeks requesting a 30 min phone interview. The recruiter was 10 mins late, and the interview only took 15 mins. I was told I would hear back in one week. Never heard, after 2 weeks I called the recruiter to find out I was moving forward with the second interview. Two weeks later I arrived for my face to face interview which was to be with 3 individuals. Regional manager, 2 account managers. Regional manager said hi and told me he would not meet with me today, the account manager would meet with me first and short list. I waited 2 weeks hadn't heard anything. Emailed and called the recruiter, left a message. 1 week went by, I then emailed the regional manager and account managers, to find out they had made their selection and we're not proceeding with me.

You fill out an application and then they set you up with a test depending on what you do and then they see the test scores and base your jobs and pay on the test but that's not how it happen for me, then they put you on assignment, sometimes they sent me on jobs that I was qualified to do and then there clients tell you that they will call you and never call you, one of my experience was with JP Morgan they wanted me to come in three times I only went two with no success. I know that I had to be a good match are they would not have told me to go to the place but never got the job.
