A entrevista foi conduzida de uma forma muito leve e dinâmica, foi feito uma entrevista comportamental e iria apresentar o meu perfil para o cliente. Atendendo as expectativas entraria em contato para agendar a segunda etapa do processo seletivo.

A recruiter from this company reached out to me for a position. There was a phone conversation with the recruiter and additional questions from the hiring manager that was asked via email. After which I went for the interview with the hiring manager. The recruiter was initially enthusiastic and even followed up after the interview. However, there was no follow up thereafter, and no feedback on the interview results. Seemed like they are only nice to potential candidates but if you’re rejected they don’t care to close the loop.
