Ramp Software Engineer interview questions

Recruiter reached out for phone screen, with general questions about my background and why I should work at Ramp. Then had a 1hr technical interview one to two weeks later. The technical question was fairly straight forward, but the interviewer was not engaged the entire time. When I finished the problem, they asked if I had any questions, and when I asked questions they just gave simple non-answers to everything. A week later I then received word that I was not moving on in the process.
