I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Ramp (New York, NY)
Interview
Similar to how everyone described. They care more about vibes and intelligence level instead of focusing on your experiences. Just be personable and come prepared. It is essential to be very well-versed in the product and company.
The process was overall good. The recruiter was communicative and responsive. Quick turnaround times. There is an initial screen call with recruiter, followed by two zoom calls and a final presentation.
It started with a timed and recorded interview portion. Then an interview (behavioral/get to know you) with an Account Manager - very easy and very great interview, make sure you're personable and funny. Then a Mock Call/Mock Email and then final interview with a manager.
