Got an OA from Ramp for a software engineering internship role. It was non-DSA, which was refreshing. The assessment had 4 questions that built on each other progressively, so each answer fed into the next. Felt more like a real engineering task than a LeetCode grind. Would recommend preparing for practical, systems-oriented thinking over algorithm memorization
four interviews. One digital, one with recruiter, one with senior manager, one case study.
Felt relatively supported, could have been done faster. Timelines didn't work very well between us. Team was nice, and supportive. Can tell the people are extremely busy - Hopped off the calls immediately, didn't have much time for feedback.
Absolutely no human interaction. Hireflix screen was awkward and doesn't catch the true essence of a human conversation. Probably got weeded out by AI. Got an automated email saying I wasn't selected with no feedback at all. Couldn't even reply to that email since it was managed by ashbyhq.
