I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Ramp (New York, NY) in Oct 2025
Interview
First round involves recording a video of yourself answering three timed questions within two minutes, with a visible countdown clock. You get two attempts to complete the interview. And submit - very odd experience. I’m not exactly sure if the first impression you want to give potential candidates is no human contact.

Question 1
Why do you wanna work at ramp and why should ram choose you for the role – pretty basic question. There are two others.
3 minute recorded video > Recruiter screen > Interview > Role Play > Final Interview
The interview process was structured, clear, and efficient. The recruiter set expectations upfront and kept me updated at every step, which made the experience feel smooth. It was challenging but fair; each stage was purposeful and gave me the chance to walk through my professional journey, while also learning what makes Ramp unique and what they expect from prospective talent.

It was a relatively easy process with very helpful HR team. Overall good experience and very innovative company. Started with a short interview with recruiter and hiring manager. Good experience.
