I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RTX (McKinney, TX) in Mar 2022
Interview
The interview process was well structured they asked me questions that related to how well I get along with my manager in past jobs and my ability to problem solve. It was an in-person which I really appreciated a nice change from post COVID measures where everything is virtual and sometimes it is hard to make that connection with the hiring manager.

First interview was a 30-minute phone call with a Tech Lead. Typical screening questions; asked about my experience, tech stack, etc.
Second interview was a 1-hour video call with 3 Tech Leads (including the one from the screening) and a Project Lead. Mostly a behavioral interview with some intermittent technical questions.
I'm writing this review about a month later, and have not heard anything back. I reached out twice with no response.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RTX (Dallas, TX)
Interview
I went to a Raytheon career fair with multiple copies of my resume on hand. Met with a few recruiters then was pulled to the side to get interviewed by the program manager. I answered all questions to the best of my ability while being honest with my weaknesses. Overall it was a great experience and the program manager who is now retired was great. I was hired on the spot.
