Applied through university. Invited to interview a week later. Process was incredibly quick and simple. They were very nice, time flew by so fast!!! The interviewers consisted of 3 people, one being the recruiter. Tip: Always answer phone calls, they could be from the recruiter (I almost missed out on this opportunity).

Without notifying me in advance, the interviewer asked me a series of technical questions I was not prepared for. I received no indication that this would be the interview format. After the third question, the interviewer told me that he probably would not reach out to me again.

First one 30 minutes interview then fly to the site to a panel interview with 3-4 managers and team leaders. It was a nice and organized hiring event. After this process of 2-3 days they respond via email their decision.
