Interview
Limited meeting with one or two managers (one in person). Met with lead personnel in business management, Operations management and those probing my level of detailed knowledge as related to the position being sought. Phone interview with a senior member of the management team regarding strategies that I might have for leading / growing the business opportunities domestically, internationally and commercially. Phone interview as opposed to face to face significantly diminished value of conversation.
