RH Project Coordinator interview questions

I had a phone interview with a recruiter. She was obviously sitting outside - all I could hear was traffic which was very distracting. Then I can hear her getting into her car and starting it. It was not a great experience for me, and I was not a great fit for the position so I was fine with the outcome.

In depth interview process, but for good reason. The company is looking for the right people because they invest a lot of training into their employees. I enjoyed the interview process with this company.
