I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at RH (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2016
Interview
BEWARE: The process took about 5 weeks. It was extensive, and there were 3 successful interviews: Group, then 1-1, then 2-1. Each interview was fairly long, but very positive and by the end of it all, I was feeling very confident about their readiness to hire me.
After meeting with several team leaders and the manager over this 5-week process, I was offered the job, and was given enough time to put in my two weeks notice.
After I completed my two weeks at the previous job, I was called on a Friday at 7pm by a manager at RH. They rescinded the job offer due to a budget meeting the had the day before. Just before the holidays, I was stripped of my job offer at RH, and was unable to return to the previous employer.
Be careful, and be sure that the time you spend interviewing is worth it in the end...it is now mid-January and I'm still on the job hunt.
