I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at RH (King of Prussia, PA) in May 2017
Interview
One 30-minute phone interview, two 60-minute in-person interviews. Every person I spoke with emphasized the company's values: people first, transparency, integrity. In fact, they emphasized those things so much that it seemed a bit suspect.
After the third interview they pronounced me a 'perfect culture fit' and promised to schedule a fourth interview.
I never heard from them again, even after following up with every person who interviewed me.
So much for those values.

Interview
While the interview process was typical of any design firm, they spent a lot of time defending their company against bad outside reviews. Strange, and not necessarily something a potential employee wants to hear. They also never responded as to whether or not I had gotten the job, which I find to be extremely unprofessional.

Interview
The managers were very caddy and stuck up, they seemed like it was a competition rather than a genuine work environment. They asked the weirdest questions and I found them very off and a little over the line because they asked very personal questions and make it awkward and uncomfortable.
