RH interview questions

I met with 5 team members, individually for 1-hour each. It was a very long and exhausting day but everyone was friendly and welcoming. It was not an intense interview process. Questions were not difficult. Most people wanted to learn about what I did previously and how I see myself fitting into their team.

First had a phone interview that lasted 15 minutes.Once completed, we scheduled an in-person interview a week afterwards. Once at the in-person interview, it was not as expected. The person I was to interview along with another did not introduce themselves as that person when I arrived to the gallery for the interview. Instead they had me wait for the other manager to be available. 30 minutes after the scheduled interview time, the interview started with both the one that did not introduce them and another manager. It seemed like traditional interviews at first. Then when I was asked to explain resume, the atmosphere changed. It went from talking about experience to having to defend and explain my decisions as to why I am no longer with previous companies (the previous companies I worked for and myself ended on good terms yet this interview acted like I was fired when I wasn't). Questions that were asked were confusing, indirect, and demeaning of one's accomplishments.
