RH interview questions

Interview process was incredibly long for a retail position. Submitted Resume and Application in March, offered position in June, started in July. Thought the position was for a designer, to design and create full spaces. It was to sell furniture, on the floor. The job titles are oddly worded.

Group Interview, same questions to everyone. Advice: Break the ice take the first turn and sit down listening to everyone repeating the same answers. Don't let the group interview style intimidate you, you need to be very outgoing
