I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at RH (Corte Madera, CA) in Mar 2019
Interview
30 minute phone screen with G/L Lead (direct supervisor) then an in-person interviews, meeting separately with a possible (dotted line) supervisor, controller, and wrapping up with the direct supervisor (about 1.5 hours total). From the phone screen to the in-person interview was about one week but didn't hear back from the staffing agency for an additional two to three weeks that they went with another candidate.

I applied online. I interviewed at RH (Denver, CO)

A phone interview followed by in person in a few days. The phone interview was very brief and in-person one took about an hour. very smooth and it was more informative and asking about skills and background.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at RH (Houston, TX) in Oct 2018
Interview
Met with two managers. They were both very nice and the interaction was very conversational, which I prefer. If they asked me about my strengths and weaknesses they would also share theirs and how they used them/adapted. They wanted to know you and your journey. The interview itself was quite pleasant...it was the fact that they didn't contact me for more than a month afterward that was frustrating. My follow up phone calls were ignored and passed around.
