The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at RH (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
Initial call with recruiter. Second call/interview with a team trainer. Next call/interview with team manager. The whole process is vague. Recruiter presents opportunities available and, as a candidate, you don’t really know what position you’re being interviewed for. First two calls were fine. The 3rd was completely unbearable. Imagine a Zoom interview with someone wearing a mask. So impersonal. This individual asked questions within 5 minutes and made me feel rushed to get my questions in. Suddenly there is radio silence from the recruiter. It’s astonishing how little regard this company has for candidates who are in the design community and work for companies who source materials from RH. Due to this poor experience, I will not encourage current nor future clients to get products from RH. Lastly, their company values come off as insincere. It’s expected to answer interview questions by referring to their values. Any question you as a candidate ask, is responded with a verbatim outline of one of the values - utterly insincere.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at RH (Ciudad de México) in Jun 2017
Interview
La entrevista es facil, te hacen esperar unos 20 minutos, luego te dan un gafete y te hacen llenar algunos formularios, posteriormente pasas a la entrevista te hacen algunas preguntas y despues te hacen un examen de ortografia.
I applied online. I interviewed at RH (Tampa, FL) in May 2021
Interview
Interview process itself was pretty standard total of 3 interviews 1 being on the phone and 2 in the gallery. The issue came about when they decided to be 3 interviews in and tell me they filled the role and tried to offer me a different role that had nothing to do with what I applied for
