I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at RH (San Francisco, CA) in Jun 2021
Interview
I interviewed for the Director of Benefits Role. The process was fairly smooth, they even flew me out to SF for a final round with the team. Everything was going great, until they decided to pass on my candidacy with a form email wishing me the best.
I responded, asking for feedback that I could use to improve and provided them with constructive FB around rejecting late stage candidates in person, via phone or even zoom. My email went entirely unanswered. Safe to say, the amazing culture, and people first attitude they were so proud of doesn’t extend to candidates.
RH should do better, for such a recognizable brand. Shame they couldn’t take the time to be empathetic and pass on me directly. Dodged a bullet it seems.

I applied online. I interviewed at RH (Chicago, IL) in Jul 2020
Interview
Initial interview was a group setting. The questions were very surface level, eluding to it mainly being a screening. I never got communication or follow up about another interview but was just sent a background check info.

Question 1
Very basics. What is your work background? Why RH? Do you know the specific roles and all that they involve?
The interview process was pretty relaxed. I would say it's what you would expect to be asked in an interview. Some basic questions to get to know you along with some more detailed questions.
