I applied online. I interviewed at RH (Washington, DC) in Mar 2020
Interview
It was a video call interview.
1. Introducing yourself
2. Briefly discuss about the role
3. Ask about the expectation from the job
4. Q&A about the company and other things (eg. Benefits, work days)
The interview process was uncomfortable and actually left me feeling unsure about wanting to join the company. They purposely try to make the interview feel intimidating which is off putting to me. I would say the interview was difficult because of this and just made the overall experience unpleasant.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They ask typical questions, but its the way they ask the questions that make you very uncomfortable. They ask you about the companies values and mission and really expect you to know exactly what they stand for and basically recite it back to them.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RH (Minneapolis, MN) in Jan 2020
Interview
I met with three different people during one sit down. They were all pretty standard questions but really leaned towards the RH way and how much did I know about their culture. It felt like if you didn't know everything and worship them then they didn't want you.
