RH Interior Design interview questions

I applied online and was contacted to schedule an interview. Initially, I met with a very nice woman and felt positive about the company and position. I then met with another manager and her questions were incredibly invasive and unprofessional. She asked about my family and what traits I inherited from either parent. I don't think that is relevant or appropriate.
