I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at RH (Indianapolis, IN) in Feb 2022
Interview
Took around 1 week. Everyone was nice. The second interview in person made it seem like they really wanted me and he did give me a good recommendation to move forward. But they had me do one more interview in zoom with the field leader and it was just a casual conversation on my life experience. Really seemed like they only care about asking if you can specifically fit into their values and can give them specific answers. Didn't seem like a professional work interview and I felt like I was misled. Its true they just keep asking about values and seems like they dont consider your design background to give you a chance.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at RH (Edina, MN) in Jan 2022
Interview
The interview process was unnecessarily long, first was a phone interview for half an hour, second was an in-person interview for an hour & a half, third was another in-person interview for an hour, the fourth interview was for an hour over zoom. All of this just to tell me I was not selected. In addition, they made me wait weeks for an answer when I had another offer waiting, that they were aware of. Overall, I did not enjoy the process, it felt disorganized.

Question 1
They asked some questions about my background, but the majority of the interview they expected me to ask lots of questions. They probably asked 5 questions and I asked 20.
