they email you and ask you some questions and then give you an pin number and a phone number to call and conduct another interview. the phone call will be prerecorded questions which will be recorded and screened before a 1:1 interview

Went in met with the supervisor and manager. Was asked a little bit about myself and asked a series of standard interview question. I was then told a little about the company and after a typing test and another paper test that consisted of spotting errors. After that a tour followed. Beautiful and neat lab area.
