Virtual interview with 4 questions over the phone and in person interview in site. the interviewer was manager of the department and he explained the process and how it works.

A long unnecessary process. It was rushed once it began but I wasn’t interviews until an hour and half after the time we agreed. The interview was at 11:30pm YES AT NIGHT. So I wasn’t actually interviewed until 1am. Never again. I only accepted because I just had a newborn baby and was in desperate need of income.
