It may take one or two interviews. There can be one or many supervisors taking part in the interview. Also, the manager can also take part in the interview process if the position is for a lead.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Quest Diagnostics (San Jose, CA) in Jan 2017
Interview
Friendly, low-key interview with the supervisor. He described the tasks of the job and asked me how familiar I was with the territory to which I would be assigned. We discussed my schedule. The interview was not challenging.

Question 1
Whether or not I was familiar with the city where I would be working.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Quest Diagnostics (West Valley City, UT) in Feb 2019
Interview
After applying for a position as a Route Service Representative based in the West Valley City, UT office, I was first contacted by someone at the Quest Diagnostics home office to do a phone screening interview. Having successfully completed the phone screening, an in-person interview was scheduled locally with the Logistics Supervisor. Having worked as a professional driver for many years, I was confident that I could learn and be successful in the role of an RSR at Quest Diagnostics. However, I think that I was not offered this position due to the supervisor being concerned about my knowledge of local geography being relatively new to the area, which personally I don't think should have been an issue.
