I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Quest Diagnostics (New York, NY) in Feb 2019
Interview
First it started with a phone interview. A few days later I received a 1:1 interview with the Lab Manager. During the interview, I was asked some very basic questions and I was given a tour of the lab. The lab manager was very nice and accommodating. I asked the lab manager if this position required you to be certified because it did not say in the job description and their response was No, and there are a few employee's who are not. I asked when I would know a decision and that they would respond with in a week or so. I sent a thank you for the interview on Tuesday, which my interview was on a Friday, and waited to hear from Quest. The following Monday, I sent another email to the hiring manager for a follow up and she responded saying "unfortunately the position needs certification."

Interview
For me the interview process was seamless but I know that has changed and it takes a long time for a recruiter to follow through. We have lost potential candidates because the process takes so long and the person has already found another job.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Quest Diagnostics in Apr 2018
Interview
Very detailed and structured process. There were 3 separate interviews. First was a screener interview with recruiter. Second step was a peer panel interview and final step was 1 on 1 with BA director
