I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Quest Diagnostics (Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2015
Interview
Its tedious. You first get pre-screened through a cold phone call, where you give answers to questions and all is recorded. You do not hear anything if you get a chance for an interview or not after weeks of the phone recorded questions. They offer you a part time for a higher pay, a full time start rate is less money.
