I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Quest Diagnostics (Hyderabad) in Sep 2020
Interview
It was one of the worst experience in my entire IT life wherever I have interviewed till now.
It all started in the month of August first week and Level 1 interview was scheduled and after 2 weeks I got confirmation that my profile is shortlisted for Level 2 interview, which I had on the last week of August. After the L2 interview, I didn't get any updates on my result, then after 2 weeks in the first week of September again I followed up with the recruitment team and I came to know that my profile is shortlisted but they are planning to shift me to another project (not the one which I was interviewed for).
Again, after 2 days within the first week of September, they scheduled L2 interview again for the project where they planned me to shift, even though I already cleared L2 round earlier, but still I agreed. I attended the L2 interview which was from Onshore team and it was a tremendous experience for me. I cracked that round again and after 3 days in the second week of September I got confirmation from Recruitment team stating that - "Congratulations, You are selected for IT Test Engineer II" role. And, they asked me to provide the documents of current employer to initiate the HR discussion round. I forwarded all the documents within the same day and after 2 days HR round was conducted and I got the positive response as well.
Now, after HR round they started playing they false game. I tried communicating the recruitment team about my updates regarding the offer letter, but they keep on saying it is still under discussion. And, finally after one month of my selection, when I send the email to have an update on my profile, they replied saying that - "The position is closed with other candidate and we have openings in other department, let me know if you want to schedule an interview over there".
And also, I would like to add one point - I attended all the L2 interviews late night i.e. 11 PM. I was co-operating with the onshore schedule time and persons but on the opposite side, they cheated like anything.
I would never recommend anybody to schedule an interview with this organization. If they are doing this in the initial phase, when people didn't join yet, I doubt that after joining this organization, they won't be playing with the employee emotionally.
"Worst Organization ever" in bold letter.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Quest Diagnostics (Houston, TX) in Aug 2020
Interview
the process began with a phone call interview in which they gave you 48 hours to respond or call back. The answering machine would ask you a question and you would respond to it and then press a button when you were finished answering.
