Quest Diagnostics interview questions

phone only due to covid. several personality based questions, problem solving and customer service. nothing techinical, all behavior. second interview was a video call and that was uncomfortable. hiring manager asked for my preferred pronouns, which was inclusive, but my pronouns are the correct ones, not the preferred ones.

It wasn’t bad. I was asked about different lab equipment, past job experiences and top 3 goals I’d like to get out of the company. I was a bit nervous but think I did fairly well
