Whether I was incredibly clear on whether or not I understood the nature of the job (as described in "interview process"), whether I understood that no degree was actually required for the job, and whether I was very clear on the limits of vertical mobility for someone without a [sciences] degree in the position.

Interview was set up through a recruiter with the director of the department. Next steps was an onsite panel interview with R&D, operations, quality, and HR. After the interview, the rest of the communication was through the recruiter.
