Quest Diagnostics Lab Assistant ! interview questions

After applying for the lab 1 assistant, they said I was a good match and then said I had to do a virtual interview within 24 hours. I did the virtual interview, answered the questions. Then after that I had to do a phone interview with pre-recorded questions, which I also did. I'm still waiting to hear if they want another interview or not. I don't understand why it takes weeks to get back to you just to say you got the job or you didn't.
