A few months after applying, I received a request for a phone interview; I was then advised they would like to have me come in for a one on one interview. A few days after the interview, I received a call regarding the job offer.

Something along the line of "Describe a time when you had a difficult or upset customer and how did you handle that situation."

Interview
Technical IT interview was conducted by 2 people and a manager who is very technical too. IT staff if very profession and know what they are doing. The interview was swift and to the point. All interviews were telephonic. These guys are professional and know what they are doing. They are looking for talents that are match to them.

IT Scenario-based questions mostly. No academic, no low level technical crap, like what switches command xargs command has. Question were rather like: users complain the database is SLOW. what do you do? Or seamlessly integrating HDFS (hadoop) with relational database what options can you suggest.

Interview
Solo interview on location with two shift managers. Took place in an empty meeting room, the entire processes took 30-45 minutes with basic interview questions and concerns. They also answered any questions you might have. They explained what the job would entail, the hours, and the pay. They required a drug test at one of their facilities before hiring.
