Quest Diagnostics interview questions

Received a call from a Quest Diagnostics HR rep who had spoken with me during a career fair and invited me to interview on-site. At the site I sat down and spoke with three different groups of people. I was asked questions about my scientific background and projects I had worked on. The interview lasted about two hours, speaking with each group for about 40 minutes.

Difficult, cumbersome, not streamlined. Time from application to hiring was extensive. Various HR personnel and management involved, multiple interviews with team members. Position was posted for various weeks and system issues led for it to need to be republished and re-applied to.
