Prysmian Graduate Program interview questions

5 steps: logic test, english test, behavioural test, group panel & one to one, interview with managers. The initial 3 tests were made online to provide a first screening of applicants. The fourth step was important to understand leadership and problem solving skills. The final step was a go-no go with managers.

Brief process 1) Online application which required uploading a CV. No cover letter was needed. 2) Tests - numerical, verbal and competency tests 3) Assessment Centre which involved studying a marketing case and a competency face-to-face interview. The interview goes on for around an hour. The whole assessment centre was for half a day, from 9am-12pm. 4) Final interview with managers where they went through your CV and asked questions based on that. Also got a factory tour. If your tour is before the interview, make sure you're paying attention because you may get a question related to it. 5) Brief Skype interview which was unlike what I had expected. Make sure you know what's going on in the world and news etc.
