Multiple different phases. Each section was clear and the whole process was set out very well. There was an initial test, interview, group interview and then final HR interview. They explained all of this before the process started

I applied in early November 2017. Received offer within the 2nd week of Feb 2018. 4 stages of Interview : 1. Online Application and Screening 2. Online Test by Hiring Partner 3. Assesment Day with other shortlisted applicants - Group case study, individual presentation, and 1 on 1 interview. 1 on 1 interview was with the country HR manager. Interview was competency based. 4. Final interview with regional managers/directors . A more personal "get to know you" interview. Fairly informal
