You submit an application to an independant company who then checks your application to see if you meet the minimum requirements. If you meet the requirements stated for the position your application is transfered to the manager of the position you are applying for. The manager reviews the submitted applications and decides who he/she will call for an interview. If you know someone that works in the system it is to your advantage.

after I submitted my requirements,HR immediately arrange an iterview with the unit head.then with the medical director then i was already hired after the interviews. the process was so fast.
