I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Providence in Nov 2021
Interview
I received an email Nov. 17 after 7pm for an interview scheduled first thing in the AM the next week. The interview was through Teams. Turns out the browser is essential since Teams at my current job is set for Chrome, I used Microsoft Edge for the interview, but the camera function didn't work. They didn't want to have the interview without it so I switched to Firefox. They joked about my technical problem solving skills. There were two interviewers and they took turns going back and forth asking me questions. The position description had a list of challenges and responsibilities but they said the position only has 3 functions. *That was illuminating.* They seemed nice and no one was rude, but it felt pretty flat and sterile, like the intent was to check a box.

Question 1
After submitting my application materials there was a video pre-screening with about 10 questions. The live interview asked some of the same questions, some new questions, and some that didn't really relate to the job since the position description didn't match what they described in the interview.
Take 5 minutes to tell us about yourself and your career. What are some of your short and long term goals? How are your excel skills? What is your Power BI experience? Tell us about a time you gave someone feedback and it didn't go as planned? In the last year what process have you changed in your current job to be more efficient?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Providence (Renton, WA) in Sep 2020
Interview
There was the initial video interview, hiring manager and a group panel interview with potential colleagues and director. The questions are situational. They request for a reference check prior to the panel.

Question 1
Situational type questions, such as how would you handle or course correct if there was scope creep.
I applied online. I interviewed at Providence (Portland, OR) in Jan 2021
Interview
The first interview was conducted as a self paced video interview. There didn't seem to be a time limit on when you had to complete it by, but you only had so many minutes for each of your answers and a limited number of times to re-record your answers. There was then written responses at the end.
