Providence Program Manager interview questions

The worst interview process that I have ever seen in my decades of IT expereince and the senior leaders like VP's makes candidate to wait for hours together and talks for 15-30 mins & then reject - such a useless team being entertained here

Interview process went well. The panel was a panel consisting of the team I was applying to joining as well as the hiring manager. Standard interview questions. Nothing too difficult. Left a good amount of time for conversation related to my answers on the interview questions. Assuming to feel me out for my personality rather than my skillset.
