The interview process at Providence Little Company of Mary - San Pedro was disorganized and impersonal (at best). I was scheduled for a remote/virtual interview with the department manager via an HR recruiter (all through email and text). I logged into the Teams meeting at the given time (after taking a half day off of work), and no one was in the meeting. I waited for just over 30 minutes in case anyone joined late. I notified the HR recruiter as instructed in their original email, just to check that I wasn't missing anything. The HR recruiter responded that they would reach out to the Dept manager and get back to me. I never heard back after that, so the interview never took place. Ultimately I am glad this happened as the professionalism, kindness, and efficiency during the recruiting process can tell you a lot about the organization.
