Providence interview questions

I had 1 phone interview with their HR and 4 face to face interviews with various directors and medical staff on multiple days. The interviews were very pleasant and professional. The HR representative also called to follow up and gave me a status update on the process. She stated I was a good candidate and I was still being considered. Then all of a sudden 3 weeks went by and no other form of communication. I sent 2 emails on different days. First to the HR recruiter and received no reply, then to the hiring director also no reply. I expected something back after 5 interviews but they didn't seem to value heir candidates as much as I thought they would.
